Well well

Hello. I have not updated my blog because Brooke and Layne have not supplied the pictures necessary to update my blog. Blame them.

Alrighty, I am back in action. I have a little hiatus from work, so I thought I'd give a picture update. After all, there was a terrific Christmas trip (wayyy too short), Joey's 25th birthday, and a visit from one of my besties- Elaina.

So... backwards...

Elaina came for a quick wknd. So she had to break a larger bill. So we bought 2 $5 scratch tickets. We totally won 50 bucks. My first $5 ticket! That's not my typical luck!

Joey's Birthday. He got a Ukalele (spelling?) from his brother. He's so cute-

Christmas was a lot of fun. Presents, Christmas breakfast, 1/2 the Askins visit, and Murder in the Dark. and of course, Dane and Drewy-

THE LIST

Everyone seems to be making lists of things, so I thought I'd update everyone with a list.

I CAN'T GET ENOUGH....

REAL SIMPLE- Thank you Mama for my subscription. It's a highlight of the month! Does anyone else read it? I'm a cover-to-cover girl. Recipes, organizing, beauty tips (that are actually useful), it has it all, without all the celebrity gossip, Yay!

My new computer!! Yes, I got a Mac. And of course I love it! My old computer took 15 minutes to turn on, now it's like 1.5! UPGRADE!

My House Family! I live with a wonderful group of five peeps and LOOOOOVE our times together- dinner, movies, games! The fav game is still.....

QUELLLLFF!!!!! If you have not played it, you MUST go buy it! NOW!

Local restaurants. J and I try to support as much local as we can, and the service we get at the local restaurants here is fantastic. Chains just can't compete. We L-O-V-E thai and sushi, and most are family run that we go to. The servers are always wonderful, and they genuinely care about your experience. How cool is that?

Lastly, Spring time (soon-to-be)! The past week or so has been so nice and sunny. It's a tease! I can't wait for Spring and Sun. BEEAACCHHH!

Isn't it about... Time?

Yes, that is a shout out to the old school LDS commercials. Anyway, I have had a lot of events happen over the past few months. To quickly fill everyone in (all 4 of you), I moved to Seattle. I LOVE it. There is not one day I have not enjoyed living here. I just started a real job at Wells Fargo Financial. If anyone needs a new bank, let me know. I can help you, and you can help me! I am playing vball in rec leagues and it's pretty fun. It's kind of nice being good and people complimenting you all the time. haha. As for a picture update (which is typically way more entertaining) Joey and I recently attended a beautiful wedding in Southern Washington. The view was breathtaking. We also celebrated 2 years of dating. He surprised me and took me on a day trip to Bellingham, Wa, which is like 90 miles north. It's a cute little town on the water that is all about being "local". Joey had routed out all these shops and places for us to eat. So we just went to like 5 different places and got amazing appetizers. It was so cute. And we drove around just looking at the views. We stumbled upon an AWESOME castle house (with a Harley Smart car-of course) that overlooked the harbor. BEAUTIFUL and going to be mine one day. It was so much fun! I know all my pics are of me and Joey- I do have other friends, I just always forget my camera! Anyway, I'll try to be on here more but I am just so busy with work! It's scary but I hear myself sounding like my parents when I get off work! Anyway,

I am so tired of everywhere I shop. Nothing excites me enough to even put in my shopping cart to pretend buy before x-ing out without a purchase. Does anyone have good clothing stores/links to awesome clothes??! HELP A SISTA OUT! I'm dying!

School's out.. forever

Well, I graduated. Finally. Actually 3 weeks ago, but I've been waiting for it for a looonnnggg time!! Yay. Sorry you didn't get announcements, I just decided to get done and get out. Anyway, super happy about it and enjoy my free time immensely.

While celebrating my graduation I can't help but think of Dad:

So, now, I am:

1) Moving out the apt
2) Teaching road camps in Montana/Boise
3)Move to... probably Seattle and finding a J-O-B!

I can't wait to live in Seatown. It is AWESOME! ahdijfsio excited/nervous for the next few months!

OHHH... and I went home from Easter. We had a good time. The girls got their nails done, we played some family tennis (I killed everyone), and we did the Beyonce "Single Ladies" dance. I have a couple pictures. The best is of my dad doing Beyonce moves!
